Chakra Balancing
Our chakras are our energy centers. Think of a chakra alignment like a tune up – not only for your physical body, but for your emotional, psychological and spiritual well being.
Literally speaking, the word chakra from Sanskrit translates “to wheel or disk,” that references a spiritual energy center within the human body.
Chakra balancing is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy across your chakra system. When your chakras are balanced, you will feel relaxed, centered, grounded, energized, and aware.
There are seven main chakras, and each corresponds to specific physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects. If there is a blockage or unbalance in one or more of your chakras, chances are you will find the correlation somewhere in your life.
We will use breath work, guided meditation, light transmissions, and healing crystals to clear, balance, and align the chakras to the best of our ability.
